Pakistan Padel Open 2025 Concludes with a Grand Season Finale at Legends Arena

The Pakistan Padel Open 2025 returned for its third edition, once again closing the competitive year as the season finale of Pakistan’s padel calendar. Hosted at Legends Arena, the tournament brought together over 90 teams across five categories, delivering four days of electrifying competition and some of the finest padel seen in the country to date.

This year’s edition was presented by Dominos and Patel Group, in partnership with Delta Power, Myco (Official Streaming Partner), Sego (Technology Partner) and Red Bull, all of whom played a key role in elevating the tournament experience.

Since its inception, the Pakistan Padel Open has been the event where competitive padel in Pakistan began, and three years on it has firmly established itself as the country’s premier year-end championship.

The 2025 edition also introduced a new Veterans (40+) category, expanding the competitive field and adding another exciting dimension to the tournament.

A National Tournament with International Flair

This year’s Pakistan Padel Open saw participation from across the country, with teams traveling from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and other cities. The tournament also welcomed international competitors from Norway and Spain, bringing a global edge to the competition and raising the level of play throughout the week.

Another notable aspect of this year’s edition was the participation of top national tennis players from both the men’s and women’s circuits, many of whom have increasingly embraced padel as part of their competitive journey.

An Epic Category A Semifinal

One of the most memorable matches of the tournament came in the Category A semifinal, where Muhammad Salaar and Abdullah Adnan faced the Islamabad-based brother pairing of Huzaima Khan and Huzaifa Khan.

The match produced one of the most thrilling contests ever witnessed at a Pakistani padel tournament—a battle of endurance, precision, and nerves that had spectators on the edge of their seats. With dramatic momentum swings and high-intensity rallies, the match showcased Pakistan padel at its very best, setting the stage for the final.

International Pair Triumph in Category A

The Category A final brought together Pakistan’s rising pairing of Abdullah Adnan and Muhammad Salaar against the international duo of Haroon Shoaib (Norway) and Daniel Ruiz (Spain).

Competing in Pakistan for the second time, Haroon Shoaib returned from Norway with his sights firmly set on the title, once again bringing an international dimension to the tournament. Alongside Spain’s Daniel Ruiz, the duo delivered a composed and experienced performance on the big stage.

After dropping the opening set, the Norwegian–Spanish pairing mounted an impressive comeback to claim the championship in a thrilling three-set encounter.
